From where Squall & Quistis head back out of the Training Center only to hear Ellone’s cry for help, they aide her, defeat the boss, I go around playing Triple Traid with everyone I can find to up my player status (if it’s high, you can start the CC Card Challenge earlier), I play against the Trepie Groupies until I get Quistis’ card to where I challenge random people to card games some more.

From where Zell, Squall & Selphie head back down to be congratulated by their comrades, I receive my ranking report, & take the SeeD tests 1~18 to up my SeeD rank, Selphie drags Squall to the SeeD inauguration party where he meets, dances with & gets left by Rinoa, Squall then gets ordered by Quistis to meet her at a make-out spot hidden in the Training Center to where she finishes pouring her heart out to an uncaring Squall.

From where the party runs from the X-ATM092 leading it to the beach where Quistis destroys it, they go back to Balamb town, you can play Zell’s mom until you get Zell’s card, the party heads back to Balamb Garden to hear about the mission as well as to see Seifer get kinda scolded, they announce who made it as SeeDs, Cid congratulates them to where they head back down to join their comrades.

From where you finish your quest to defeat 75 enemies while on the Dollet Mission to get a better SeeD ranking, the squad makes it up to the Communication Tower & Squall & Seifer seems to almost be getting alone, Selphie is introduced, Seifer runs on without the squad, the party goes up to the communication tower to fight & defeat Biggs, Wegde & Elvoret, the GF Siren is obtained, the party is trying to get down to the docks before time expires, they are forced to fight X-ATM092, to where they are running from fighting the X-ATM092 further. NOTE: The X-ATMN092 can NOT be destroyed during the initial fight. If u destroy it, you get 100 bonus points towards a higher SeeD rank but you won’t see the Quistis clip

From where Squall & Quistis return to Balamb Garden, the upkeep of the GFs is explained, do Triple Triad with some kid until you get the MiniMog card, Squall gets ready for the Dollet mission & Zell is introduced, a brief explanation is given about the Dollet mission, the gang head out towards Balamb to catch a boat over to Dollet, they are given a full briefing on the Dollet mission, they arrive in Dollet, Seifer gets impatient & moves the squad out to where you start your quest to defeat 75 enemies while on the mission to get a better SeeD ranking.

From where Squall & Quistis go to the Fire Cavern, the junctioning of magic is explained, they make it through the Fire Cavern trials & obtain Ifrit, junctioning elementals is explained to where they head back to Balamb Garden after exploring the town of Balamb.

Final Fantasy VIII is a very addictif game to play. Not only are the graphics superb for a playstation game, but also the storyline gets you hooked. Gamers who already played Final Fantasy 8 and love the story don’t have to play it again to see how Squall and Rinoa meet each other during their queste to save the world and how they fall in love.
